Boston Dancesport Cup 2025 – the perfect season-opening dance competition for MI Fiesta dance studio
The Boston Dancesport Cup 2025 marked the perfect start to the new year for MI Fiesta Dance Studio. Held annually at the Boston Hilton Woburn on the third Saturday in January, this year’s competition took place on January 18th. As the first pro-am dance competition of the season in the Boston area, it provided a warm, friendly atmosphere where dance friends and family could cheer us on.
A Tradition of Excellence at the Boston Dancesport Cup 2025
As always, MI Fiesta Dance Studio came ready to shine at the Boston Dancesport Cup 2025, with four talented students and two dedicated teachers representing us. Mariam partnered with Stewart Hou, while Imre danced with Lauren Paul, Irina Shapeton, and Eleanor Paglia. Together, we competed across four different styles: Rhythm, Latin, Smooth, and Standard.

A Day Packed with Energy and Elegance
The Boston Dancesport Cup 2025 is a one-day event, which means an early start for everyone. Some of our students were up before sunrise to get their hair and makeup done, ensuring they looked their best for the competition. A big thank you to Tothalissimo for their stunning hair and makeup work—our students looked both professional and radiant. We also want to express our gratitude to Mariasha Couture for providing breathtaking dresses that helped our dancers shine on the floor.
